Rebecca oversees Cohen Williams' core administrative functions, including human resources, personnel management, insurance, media strategy, and event planning. She works closely with firm leadership to develop policies, processes, and systems that optimize client satisfaction and support CW's long-term growth. Her contributions play a key role in the firm's ability to deliver the highest level of legal service.
As a former lawyer, Rebecca is well-acquainted with the daily pressures faced by her colleagues and their clients. She draws on her strong organizational skills and keen eye for detail to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. She is also a skilled communicator and problem-solver, committed to creating a collegial firm culture where all employees can thrive.
Previously, Rebecca practiced complex, high-profile litigation at some of the most highly respected boutique firms in California, including Caldwell Leslie & Proctor LLP and Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein LLP. She also clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before joining CW, she served as a career law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Timlin, expanding her role to encompass oversight of the administrative aspects of life in chambers.
