The Daily Journal announced that CW partners Kathleen Erskine and Roya Ladan have been named to its 2025 "Top Labor and Employment Lawyers" list, which recognizes practitioners across California who have made significant contributions to labor and employment law. The publication highlighted Katy and Roya's recent successes, including their CLAY Award-winning jury trial victory on behalf of Jennifer Seetoo, a Los Angeles sheriff's captain, in a gender discrimination and retaliation suit against Los Angeles County, as well as a complete defense verdict in favor of client United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA), following an 11-day jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court.
