Marc Williams and Paul Salvaty named "Leading Commercial Litigators" by the Daily Journal

The Daily Journal announced that CW partners Marc Williams and Paul Salvaty were named to its list of "Leading Commercial Litigators" for 2026. The annual list spotlights lawyers "you want on your side in a bet-the-company case." 

The publication recognized Marc and Paul's recent successes—including Marc's motion for directed verdict on behalf of client United Apparel Industries after a two-month jury trial in California Superior Court, as well as Paul's motion to dismiss on behalf of global commercial real estate services and investment corporation CBRE in litigation in the SDNY—and their paths to the legal profession. Read their profiles here (subscription required).
