Kathleen Erskine and Roya Ladan Named "Top Labor and Employment Lawyers" in California

The Daily Journal announced that CW partners Kathleen Erskine and Roya Ladan have been named to its 2026 "Top Labor and Employment Lawyers" list, which recognizes practitioners across California who have made significant contributions to labor and employment law.

 

In a special feature issue of the Daily Journal, Kathleen and Roya shared their greatest successes (including their CLAY Award-winning jury trial victory on behalf of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department captain Jennifer Seetoo), the defining moments of their careers, and how they approach trial advocacy.
